For the ES001, ES001A, ES002, and ES002A, the lampshade is installed using a friction-fit design. With original GZ parts, the fit is typically tight due to manufacturing tolerances. With non-original (aftermarket) GZ parts, the fit can vary significantly—some may be very tight, some may not hold at all, and some may fit just right. Regardless of the fit, the lamp can still be placed steadily on a table. However, if the fit is loose, extra care should be taken to avoid bumping the lampshade. Because the inner packaging now uses tightly fitted EVA foam for securing the lamp, you will need to gently press on the center lampshade when removing it. The EVA foam is designed with a snug fit.
